Date the Doctor campaign terms
Effective date: 4 September 2026
Grazer is owned and operated by Grazer Holdings Limited. Registered office: 147 Station Road, North Chingford, London, United Kingdom, E4 6AG.
These terms apply to the Date the Doctor campaign organised by Grazer Holdings Limited (“Grazer”, “we”, “us”). Please read them before applying. Our campaign privacy notice explains how we use applicant information.
What this campaign is
Date the Doctor is a compatibility-based application process for an opportunity to be introduced to Dr Michael Greger and potentially take part in a date or related campaign activity. It is not a prize draw, lottery or guarantee of a date, relationship, travel, publicity or any other outcome.
There is no fee, purchase or Grazer account required to apply. Downloading the Grazer app does not improve an applicant’s chances of progressing.
Eligibility
Applications are open worldwide, wherever participation is lawful, to women who are aged 18 or over when they apply. The adult age requirement is a safety and eligibility rule; it is not a statement of Michael’s personal age preferences.
Applicants must apply for themselves, use an email address they can access, provide truthful information and be legally able to participate where they live. Grazer employees, contractors directly involved in administering or judging the campaign, and their immediate families may not apply.
We may ask an applicant to confirm eligibility before allowing her to progress. Do not upload identity documents, passport information or proof of address with the initial application.
How and when to apply
Submit the form at grazerapp.com/datethedoctor before 11:59 pm British Summer Time on 4 October 2026. Only one application per person is permitted. Applications that are incomplete, late, automated, misleading, abusive or submitted on someone else’s behalf may be rejected.
The closing date is intended to be final. We will change it only where circumstances outside our reasonable control make that necessary and doing so is fair to applicants. Any change will be published prominently on the campaign page.
Review and selection
This is a human-reviewed selection process, not a random draw. Grazer may consider:
- How well the application relates to Michael’s approved profile and stated preferences
- The thoughtfulness, authenticity and specificity of the answers
- Conversation potential and readiness to participate respectfully
- Practical feasibility, including broad travel and time-zone considerations
- Campaign integrity and reasonable safety concerns
Grazer will not use automated decision-making to select applicants. We may use structured scoring to support consistent human review, but no score creates a right to progress.
We expect to invite a smaller group to a brief video verification call and may select up to twelve applicants for a later stage. We may select fewer if there are not enough suitable or eligible applicants. Michael and/or his authorised representative may review relevant shortlisted applications and will retain personal choice about whom he wishes to meet.
We may contact shortlisted applicants using the email address supplied. If an applicant does not respond within the reasonable deadline stated in our message, or cannot complete a requested verification step, we may move to another applicant.
Verification and safety
A verification call is intended to confirm that an applicant is a real person, is consistent with her application and understands the campaign. It is not a criminal-record, identity-document or comprehensive background check, and Grazer does not guarantee the identity, conduct, compatibility or safety of any participant.
Everyone may withdraw from the process at any time. Grazer may pause or end someone’s participation where we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance or the fair administration of the campaign.
Travel and participation
Applicants may be based anywhere in the world, but applying does not include or promise flights, accommodation, visas, insurance, expenses or other travel arrangements. Do not book travel or incur costs unless Grazer has first agreed the specific arrangement in writing. Any meeting may begin remotely, and the timing, location and format of a later meeting will be agreed separately with the people involved.
Each participant remains responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and complying with applicable law. If legal, safety or practical restrictions make participation impossible, Grazer may offer a remote alternative or end that person’s participation without compensation.
Application content and publicity
Applicants must have the right to submit their answers and photographs. Content must not infringe another person’s rights, include another person’s private information, or contain unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit or malicious material.
Applicants allow Grazer to copy, store and share their application only as reasonably necessary to administer and review the campaign in accordance with the privacy notice. We will not publish an application, use photographs in advertising or identify an applicant publicly without obtaining separate permission.
Changes, cancellation and technical problems
We may make reasonable changes or cancel the campaign if events outside our control make it unsafe, unlawful or impracticable to continue. We will act fairly, publish material changes and avoid disadvantaging people who have already applied wherever reasonably possible.
Grazer is not responsible for an application that is not received because of an applicant’s device, connectivity, spam filtering or other systems outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer rights an applicant has under the law where she lives.
Questions about the campaign can be sent to feedback@grazerapp.com with the subject “Date the Doctor”.
